• Needs Assessment: Identifying the specific requirements of children in detention facilities.
• Legal Aid: Providing legal assistance to safeguard their rights.
• Access to Health Services: Ensuring medical care and support.
• Support to ISF (Internal Security Forces): Enhancing security measures.
• Food Distribution and In-Kind Assistance: Meeting basic nutritional needs.

Our mission is to maintain the well-being of Persons of Concern (PoCs) by helping them meet their basic needs. Our services include:
• Common Card/Pin Distribution: Streamlining access to financial support.
• Cash Assistance (Biometric Identification/IRIS Scan): Secure and efficient card validation.
• Dormant Account Monitoring and Cards Offloading: Ensuring active support channels.
• Redemption Points Oversight: Managing points where assistance can be redeemed.
• VASyR & VARON Exercises: Conducting vulnerability assessments.
• Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) & Outcome Monitoring (OM): Evaluating the impact of our support.
• Redemption Surveys & Core Relief Items (CRIs): Gathering feedback and distributing essential items.

We actively engage persons of concern to address protection issues, promote positive community practices, and enhance well-being and dignity through:
• Community Centers: Safe and open spaces for individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. These centers empower community members by promoting participation in decision-making, providing vital information, and offering specialized services such as:
o Case management
o Psychosocial support
o Skill-building activities
o Life skills training
o Awareness sessions
o Digital marketing workshops
o PSS activities under emergency situations

Our Community Support Projects in Lebanon are designed to:
• Mitigate Social Tensions: Address the strain on local infrastructure and services due to the influx of refugees.
• Strengthen National Systems: Build and reinforce structures that benefit both the immediate and long-term needs of refugees and host communities.
• Promote Social Stability: Implement projects that foster positive relationships between refugees and the host community, enhancing overall resilience.

Protection Needs Assessment and Incident Monitoring
Location: All districts in South and Nabatieh Governorates
The Protection Needs Assessment (PNA) and Incident Monitoring project aims to collect critical data to:
• Identify Protection Needs and Risks: Understand the issues faced by the affected population.
• Inform Program Interventions: Develop responsive activities that support community coping mechanisms.
• Ensure Rights-Based Assistance: Provide humanitarian aid that is both rights-based and needs-based.
• Promote Safe Coping Mechanisms: Ensure that our assistance strengthens rather than undermines local capacities.
• Understand Diverse Needs: Consider factors such as age, gender, and socio-economic status in decision-making.
• Base Decisions on Verifiable Information: Ensure transparency and accountability in our actions.
